Have a feature that you'd like us to implement in Zion Builder? Here you can add your own features and vote for the features you're missing.
Normally I start a new project implementation with creating the header/footer, Font-sets, colors and default boxed width. The general idea should be, to make most design inside Zion and not to buy another template where you can set all this details and then proceed with Zion. Header and footer part is recently added, works with selected page templates, but what is mostly used a sticky header, transparent one, or shrinking. You need to add some css code. Good this is not so hard for the more experienced coders, but for designer coming from Elementor, they miss here something and the start with Zion makes thinking, if it is what you want. Same with colors, I see on some places you can add a name to the color, but depending on the place you want to use it, no name visible. Best would be to have 2-3 colorsets you can setup. Also in fonts, why just basic fonts and no details, like weight, style, size this makes it in general easier to have a more constant design as to set every time the font details. And to use this from a selected site template, this is not the solution. Think this is a more basic detail and fare away from some more complex parts, but helps at the beginning and makes some fun. Will come later with details around Woocommerce... :) I think it would help many to quicker decide to use Zion
Other than Grid, it would be awesome if Zion provided the Masonry layout for us to use on our repeater items or blog posts. I believe this feature will attract more users from other site builders.
Add new pro templates to the library
Sometimes you want to copy only certain styles, for example only the border-radius, or shadow from an element to another one.
Instead of doing these setting in Blocksy, I'd love to do this preset styling in Zion Builder more over Blocksy. To preset: Typography(set for all breakpoints) Page Layout Width Container preset padding/margin Buttons(we can preset the style for buttons) and many things else... In Blocksy, there are only 3 breakpoints to set. I'm not keen to do all these by leaving the site builder. The best solution is to have a theme developed by Zion's team, and the theme for Zion Builder. So we can set everything in Zion's Builder. Regards, Jornes
have option to change the down arrow to another icon + & - etc. Have the option to remove the hairline border around the accordion panels and the gap between 2 panels - so we can have a single divider line between
For complex websites, we need the ability to set element display conditions based on various fields or info ( number of comments, if a dynamic field is empty or not, etc )
Lottie file size is small yet beautiful animation, please consider to add it in your library, thank you!
For ease of use I would like to have two elements for Blogpost Lists: Post Grid with Load More Functionality: https://essential-addons.com/elementor/post-grid/ Post Timeline with Load More Functionality: https://essential-addons.com/elementor/post-timeline/ Optional it would be great to have some filtering functionality for the grid, like a filter for latest posts, author, or a specific category.
It will be great if we export my complete website in static html file.
Many page builders (such as Themeum WP Page Builder which I am coming from) come with a ready-to-use form builder. I'd love to see such a feature in ZionBuilder so you don't need third-party plug-ins that impact your site's speed.
Make Zion's builder compatible with Gutenberg.
It would be good if the GALLERY module had the ability to display images in a lightbox.
Hi, I wonder is possible to improve the header builder have sticky feature, transparent/overlay feature. I am oxygen user too, the oxygen header builder could let user enable/disable sticky function.
This is useful because the user experience wouldn't be damaged by the current behavior of clicking on a different pagination number, in which the page reloads completely. Pushing the user back to the top of the new page, which is jarring and very time consuming if the elements above the repeater section are long or numerous (Having to scroll all the way down on every reload). My humble suggestion is to implement an AJAX request and to workwith the browser's History API so that the pagination system also works with the URL and not just per session. Then scrolling back up to the beginning of the repeater section. Another, possibly easier solution would be to scroll back down to the beginning of the repeater section after loading the next pagination page, so that the user at least doesn't have to scroll all the way down to it themselves
